LOUIS XVI STYLE DINING CHAIRS
Purchased at auction, these Louis XVI style dining chairs were fully restored in preparation for export to the USA.
A full strip-back was required, as the internal upholstery had become lumpy and worn. The chairs were completely reupholstered using traditional methods and covered in a rich red fabric chosen to complement the formal Louis XVI style.The original brass trim was carefully reapplied to provide the finishing detail and retain the character of the design.
