VINTAGE ARMCHAIRS
Revived from dated and drab to elegant and fresh, these chairs were selected to form part of a new bedroom scheme.
They were stripped back to assess their condition and, having originally been traditionally upholstered and then reupholstered once before, a few areas of previous repair were uncovered. The seat upholstery was found to be in good condition and retained, while the remaining upholstery was removed and carefully reapplied. The final fabric choice brings a sense of lightness and refinement, giving the chairs a fresh, contemporary feel while respecting their original form.

– Strip-back and condition assessment
– Selective retention of original seat upholstery
– Reupholstery of remaining sections
– New fabric application
