Description of the item/s and the work you would like an estimate for (e.g. full re-upholstery/recover only)
Send across some pictures of the item, try to get a few from different angles so I can see as much as possible.
Highlight any particular areas you know need work or are concerned about.
A rough idea of size is also very useful (height/width/depth)
